These are face grain maple cutting boards that measure 11" x 8.75". After engraving, all of our boards are sanded to give the smoothest surface possible and then protected with a food-safe mineral oil.

To avoid warping, wooden cutting boards should not be submerged in water. To prevent your board from drying out and cracking, we recommend re-oiling your board 1 - 2 times per year with a cutting board oil.
