RMX Digital Ltd. ships orders via multiple carriers in order to provide you with options that provide the best available service and rates available to us. Our primary carrier is Canada Post, however we may use UPS, DHL, or Purolator from time to time.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. While some of our products are kept in stock, many are made-to-order. Made-to-order items may take 1-3 weeks in our production queue. Standard shipping typically takes between 1-4 business days for destinations within Canada and 4-10 business days in the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
