We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unused items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of shipping.
Due to the nature of our customized products, refunds or exchanges will only be issued based on damage/workmanship flaws.
We are unable to guarantee customizations on customer supplied products. We are happy to reattempt customization, but refunds cannot be issued.
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any returned item must be in original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Customized product exchanges will be queued for production and replacements will ship once complete.
